Security checks and call outs - We operate scheduled security visits in addition to call out services for when you need an attended visit by a utilities provider or member of a trade.
Scheduled property inspections - We schedule regular visits to ensure that your house is in order and send back a brief report to you each time. From this any maintanance that needs to be undertaken can be approved by you then managed by us utilising our network of local contacts. .

Arrival preperation - We can organise a range of services to prepare for either you, or your guests’ stay. Starting with a thorough clean of the property, freshly made beds, gardening, stocking up of essentials to a general check that the property is in full working order, ready for your arrival.
We get asked to arrange all kinds of things, from activating the heating or air conditioning, to pool preperation to putting up Christmas trees. Whatever you need, we will do our best to accommodate..

After you leave - When you leave we can arrange for a full house clean and shutdown. So you just have to lock up and leave the rest to us.​​​
